Arbor Memorial Inc.

  • Arbor Memorial provides its clients with professional and ethical guidance, pre-planning solutions and a growing range of options to reflect changing attitudes toward funerals. They continue to offer innovative new ways to remember, honour and celebrate the lives of loved ones. They have numerous locations in eight provinces across Canada.

    • After undergoing a huge brand refresh, I assisted Arbor Memorial’s Marketing Department with updating all their digital, print, signage and promotional materials on over 105 campaigns for over 140 locations across Canada.

    • Supervision of internal creative team while developing design solutions.

    • Managed day-to-day coordination of client work between internal staff and external clients, allowing for smooth coordination and workflow.

    • Worked with front and back-end developers to ensure a smooth transition of design files to web-to-print workflow.

    • General graphic design support.

    • Print production consultation.

  • The goal of creating a strong, unified and professional brand presence for all locations across Canada was reached. Up until this point, various branches were not using consistent branding, thus sending their audiences mixed messages about Arbor Memorial’s offerings.

Arbor Memorial launched a successful rebrand campaign using a web-to-print workflow where different locations were able to access their portal and create their own custom, rebranded marketing pieces. My team and I created numerous templates ready for use when this massive initiative was launched. I became the point person for any rebranding projects in and outside of the campaign. By supporting them this way, the Arbor Marketing team was able to focus their efforts on other marketing directives aimed at expanding their reach.
